Communication - Clear communication tears down barriers. We want to be clear about everything we do so that we may joyfully work together. Whether in our statement of faith or in how we are going to respond to events, we strive to communicate clearly.

Communion - The word "communion" means to have intimate fellowship. In this understanding of the word we then seek communion with God, with each other in our church, with our neighbors, with our neighborhood and city, and with other churches in our neighborhood and city. We seek to be involved and integrated, not remaining on the sidelines alone.

Commission - Jesus gave the mission of the church to his disciples in Matthew 28: to go and make disciples of every nation. To that end, we seek first to make disciples in our homes, then in our church, our community, our nation, and the world.
